Motyka Consulting Inc. provides civil engineering consulting services, specializing in private site land development. We boast 25 years of experience providing services to a variety of projects in municipalities throughout Alberta including Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St Albert, Spruce Grove, Devon, Westlock, Bonnyville, Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray, Strathcona County, Leduc County, Sturgeon County, and more.
We have been fortunate to work with many of the top land developers, architects, and contractors in Alberta.
We strive to create civil engineering designs that are efficient and clear to understand for the owner, approving authority, and contractor. This results in cost-savings for all parties and creates positive work environments from the design process right through the construction stage.
